Mandy K. McCary is an Attorney at the general law practice McCARY & McCARY, P.C.  Mandy graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a BA in History and Political Science.  She earned her law degree from the University of Texas and was licensed in May of 2001. Mandy is a general civil attorney with 20 years of experience in employment law, business law, civil litigation, wills and probate, elder law, and family law.  Mandy is married to her husband, Mark, who is also her law partner in their firm.  Together they are privileged to be raising three daughters, Anne (Marble Falls High School); Kate (Marble Falls High School); and Nora (Marble Falls Elementary School), in a small town with strong values and good friendships.   Mandy is a native Texan.  She arrived in Marble Falls with her family in 2006.  Her community involvement includes being an active Bible study teacher in a local Church, serving with the Marble Falls Rotary Club, membership in the Highland Lakes Bar Association, former Board member of the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center, MFISD SHAC member, City of Marble Falls Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, and a driver for Meals on Wheels.

Mandy can also whistle and hum at the same time.
