My oldest daughter and local dentist, Dr. Lane Freeman, was Salutatorian of MFHS. My son, John Berkman, who was named to the All Region Basketball Team and All State Academic Team at MFHS, is currently the MFHS Head Girls Basketball Coach and MFISD Girls Athletic Coordinator. My daughter, Becca Lambert, graduated from MFHS in the top 10%, and daughter, Beth Ann, who participated in MFHS Basketball and Choir, graduated from Baylor University on the Dean’s List.
“I see it as a God given privilege to serve on the MFISD School Board, and I look forward to helping Marble Falls schools be the best they can be. Serving on the Board is my way of saying thanks for all that MFISD has done for me and my family.”
