Laptop Deployment to High School Students

Location: High School Auditorium Foyer

Dates & Time:  10AM – 2 PM

• Monday, July 29- Freshman
• Tuesday, July 30- Sophomore
• Wednesday, July 31- Juniors
• Thursday, August 1 – Seniors & Open pickup for all students          

Laptop Deployment to Middle School Students

Location: Middle School Girls Gym

Dates & Time:  3 PM- 7PM

• Monday, July 29- 6^th Grade
• Tuesday, July 30- 7^th Grade
• Wednesday, July 31- 8^th Grade
• Thursday, August 1 – Open pickup for all students

** Please note- If you have multiple students, you may pick the grade level of any one of them and pickup all devices that day. However, devices must be picked up at the student’s enrolled campus.

STUDENT DEVICE INSURANCE

The District offers families an option of purchasing device insurance to cover accidental damages; however, it does not cover intentional vandalism or lost/stolen devices. The cost of insurance is $24 for Middle School and High School. It may be paid with cash or check at the time of registration, when the laptop is picked up, or online using a credit card at the links provided below.
We Strongly encourage you to take advantage of insurance as the cost of damages to uncovered devices can be up to $395. However, a small one-time fee of $24 will cover the device for the entire year, even for multiple claims!

Elementary School –

The District now offers Elementary families an option of purchasing device insurance to cover classroom laptops (2^nd- 5^th grades). Insurance covers accidental damage, but it does not cover lost or stolen devices. The cost of insurance for classroom devices is $13. It may be paid with cash or check any time at your student’s campus front office or online using a credit card at the links provided below.
