MFMS Cheerleaders Perform at Texas State
MFMS performed at Texas State on November 12th

The Marble Falls Middle School Cheerleaders experienced what it’s like to cheer at a Division I University Game at Texas State University Saturday, November 12th.  The squad performed at halftime and cheered during the third quarter with the cheerleaders from Texas State.

“The MFMS Cheerleaders have had an awesome season cheering at the football games and pep rallies,” said sponsor Michelle Jett.  “The TSU game was a great way to cap our fall cheer activities!”

Jett was looking for an opportunity to inspire her cheerleaders by showing them the opportunities available to them after their experience in the Middle School program. The Spirit Day event at Texas State University provided that opportunity by giving the MFMS cheerleaders a fun learning and team experience.  Each of the cheer members also received a TSU Spirit Day shirt to commemorate their participation.

The MFMS Cheer program has grown and boasts 17 girls on the 7th grade squad, 11 girls on the 8th grade squad, and the Middle School Mascot, Magic the Mustang.
